1. Inquiries: Please write us at PreciousChild@precious-child.com or call toll-free at 888-470-6696 with any questions. We don't mind making measurements to help you purchase the correct size. We love to visit so feel free to ask questions! We closed Sundays and national holidays.

2. How to Order: Orders can easily placed on-line using our secure shopping cart. If you prefer, we can send you a Paypal invoice. Paypal is easy to use and free for making purchases. Also, we are happy to take orders over the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards. We accept international orders on a limited basis. Paypal payments are required for international orders.

3. Shipping: We use United States Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for all of our orders sent to the Continental US. For any other shipping method or destination, please call us for information. We strive to mail orders no later than the post office's next business day. Shipping takes 2-3 days. Express shipping available with fees starting at $20.00. USPS express shipping is guaranteed overnight to many areas and two day delivery to small communities. Please call for more information.

Express shipping: Overnight (to most metropolitan areas) and two day (to smaller communities) guaranteed delivery is available through the United States Postal Service with fees starting at $20.00. International shipping: International shipping is available on a limited basis. We fill out custom forms using accurate information. The value will be set at the purchase price. Please do not ask us to do otherwise. Customers are responsible for all duty, customs or other fees as determined by receiving country. For more information please contact us at preciouschild@precious-child.com. International orders require a confirmed Paypal account. We find it is easier for everyone if you have your ordered shipped to a US address and then forwarded.

4. Returns:

Items must be unused, in original conditional, all parts included, all tags attached and free from odors. Please note that we use distinctive tags and barbs to protect our products against abuse.
Return must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt to the “ship to” address with prepaid shipping- no CODs. Insurance and a tracked delivery service such as Fed EX, UPS or Delivery confirmation from the USPS are recommended. We cannot make refunds for items not received or damaged during transit.

If all requirements are met, the original credit card will be credited for the purchase price minus the shipping and handling charges. If the total purchase price was reduced due to a sale regarding the number of items or dollar amount of the purchase, the refund will reflect adjustments made according to the original sale terms.

EXCEPTIONS:

Special orders cannot be returned.
Customers returning 3 or more items from a single order, and not making an exchange, will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
If by returning an item your original purchase is no longer eligible for the quantity discount (either by volume or dollar amount), the refund will reflect adjustments made according to the original sale terms.

In the case of purchases returned to us that do not meet the above requirements; we will make reasonable attempts to contact you to receive authorization for shipping charges to have merchandise returned to you. The customer has 10 days to respond after which the merchandise will be handled at our own discretion.

5. Out of stock policy: Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We will contact you by e-mail using the address you give when ordering. Be sure to give us your current e-mail address.

6. Order Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order please call 1-888-470-6696. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

7. Errors in Orders: You must notify us within 5 days of receipt if there is an error in your order for adjustments to be made.

8. Undeliverable or Refused Orders: Orders which are returned to Precious Child because the customer refused delivery or failed to provide a good address will have a 25% restocking fee.

9. Special Orders: We are happy to contact our current manufacturers to find if an item is available and when it can be shipped. There is a 25% non-refundable prepayment on all special orders. Discounts do not apply to special orders. Our usual return policy does not apply to special orders. Special orders can not be returned.

10. Gift Wrap: There is an additional charge of $3.50 per gift box per address to gift wrap. All tags are removed and the receipt is sent to the buyer.

11. Sales Tax: 6.60% tax is added to all orders shipped within Utah.

12. Liability: We are not liable for damages or injuries caused by the clothing, accessories, gifts or any products we sell. The manufacturers are responsible for the safety of their products.
13. Website Corrections: We reserve the right to make corrections to our website. While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.
