You Make Me Laugh!

Three-year-old Robert was busy stirring hotdogs in a pan in a play kitchen.  Mom tried to join in by saying, "Hotdogs!  Hotdogs make a good lunch."  Robert replied, "Hotdogs don't make lunch; people do!"

Russell, 5, and Scott, 4, had been eating lunch together.  After a bit they got distracted and ran off to play.  Later they returned to finish their food but Russell was confused and sat in Scott's place.  When Scott discovered this mistake he pitifully said, "Oh, Russell, you took my germs!"

We were outside visiting with a neighbor when the neighbor lady asked Katrina, who was 3-years-old, to keep her eye on her things while she ran in the house.  Katrina appeared very nervous about this request.  She explained, "I was just asked to put my eye on these things but I'll just put my hand on them instead!"
